Answer the prayer
The great leaders of Islam have said that in any case, whether in happiness or in times of illness and hardship, one should pray to God. Amir al-mu'minin Ali (as) in response to a person who asked him: God has said, "What is the answer to my claim?" We pray but it is not answered? They said: "... Another thing that delays or hinders the answer to prayer is that in meeting the needs, our hope is not only in God and the heart is dependent on other than Him, despite the fact that God has said: Only me. read.
It has been narrated from Imam Sajjad (AS) that praying has three benefits, either it is fulfilled in the moment of human need, or in the future we get what we want, or it is repelled by a human calamity. He said: "Many may say that we have prayed a lot but our prayers have not been answered. There are many reasons in this regard that one case is in the interest of man that should be considered.
Many times we insist on an issue when it is not in our best interest and God Almighty, who is aware of us, does not fulfill our request for this reason.
The Imam also said that another reason why prayers are not answered is that God made Satan your enemy, you curse the devil with your tongue, but your deeds are evil.
We should also be sure that prayers are answered when we pray, prayer should not be on our tongues, but we should doubt in our hearts whether God Almighty answers our prayers or not, and also appealing to the divine saints is effective in answering prayers.
Praying before and after prayers is very close to being answered in holy places and times and when it is raining.
Praying and asking God to meet his material and spiritual needs is so influential in human destiny that it is narrated: "Prayer restores our destiny, after it has become certain."
We cannot be expected to have any movement or activity and ask God for abundant wealth and possessions; Because the blessing of God will reach man with effort and effort.
"The prayers of a believer are of three kinds: either they are reserved for him, or they are answered quickly, or by means of that prayer, the calamity that was supposed to befall him is removed."
Accordingly, Imam Sajjad (AS) says that we do not have unanswered prayers and all prayers are answered, only the way the prayers are fulfilled is different. In this way, we will either achieve our desires in this world, or the prayers, calamities and troubles will be removed from us, or the prayers will be saved for the Day of Judgment and the rest of the house.
In a holy hadith, God the Merciful says: "No prayer is hidden from me, except the prayer of one who eats forbidden property."
