(Hair cleansing)
In order for the skin to retain its freshness, it is necessary for the dead cells to be removed from the top layers and for new and fresh cells to remain on the surface of the skin. What is a scrub? It is basically a peeling scrub and a combination of different materials with fine grains or granules that make its structure a little rougher so that it can easily remove skin impurities from the skin.
The scalp, like the skin of the face, is in dire need of scrubbing. Oils, various herbal masks, dyes, oils, impurities, and even sponges themselves are never removed from the floor with a simple wash, and over time all of these accumulate and clog pores. Closure of serum pores and accumulation of contamination causes many problems for the hair, such as: hair loss, pimples, itching, foul odor, infection, dandruff... When the pores are closed, hair regrowth becomes difficult. Head scrub helps a lot to deal with this problem, especially if you have oily hair. Head scrub cleans the scalp and pores and also helps increase blood flow and better hair respiration. To prepare homemade scrub, you can use this recipe: sea salt (powder it well) lemon + olive oil. Combine all three and massage the scalp very gently. Do not scrub at the end of the bath and wet the scalp a little before scrubbing.
After the bath, it is not a good time to scrub because the pores are soldiers and the hair falls out with a wrong move. When you enter the bath, wet your head and then scrub and leave it on your head for 2-5 minutes and then shampoo. You can use oily hair scrub once a week and dry hair once every two weeks. Do not use more than this amount. And keep in mind that when you scrub the skin of the face, pimples rise and you may feel that your skin has gotten worse. It sheds and this hair loss is normal and after a few uses, these hair loss stops and do not worry about the hair that has fallen out because that hair falls out But with scrub, this shedding becomes faster. There are other natural scrubs that are discussed in this article.
