Self-cultivation in the month of Ramadan
The holy month of Ramadan, with its divine blessings, enriches the resources within man from the treasury of infinite divine grace, and teaches humanity the path of divine faith and piety.
This month is an opportunity for every human being to control the flames of his rebellious soul and bow down before his Lord, and with the remorse of his past deeds and tears, to raise his voice of 'forgiveness' to the heavens and the heavens. And he hurt the devil with this move so that he might achieve happiness and salvation in this month.
According to the Messenger of God (PBUH), during the holy month of Ramadan, the gates of heaven are open and the gates of hell are closed and the devils are imprisoned. During the holy month of Ramadan, many people come to the mosque, pray, get up at dawn and worship in the hope that they will be purified with love for God and will be worthy of entering paradise. Closing the gates of hell and imprisoning the devil for avoiding sin, slander, lying, absenteeism, harassment and avoiding all moral vices, during Ramadan, is an opportunity for man to use it well.
Imam Sadegh (AS) in ordering his children during the holy month of Ramadan said: Make your souls to strive, because in this month, parts and deadlines are written and in it the names of God's guests are written. It is written on him, in this month there is a night in which action (worship) is better than action (worship) a thousand nights.
Ramadan is the ninth month of the lunar months and the best month of the year. Ramadan is also one of the divine names. This month is the month of the revelation of the Qur'an and the month of God, and there are nights of glory in it. The virtue of Ramadan is very great and unlimited. One of the signs of the greatness of this month compared to other months is that it is mentioned a lot in the Qur'an and this month is called the month of the revelation of the Qur'an.
The word Ramadan comes from the root 'Ramadan' and means the intensity of sunlight on the pebbles. It is said that it was called the month of Ramadan because it was in the summer heat when the Arab months were named.
ccording to the Prophet of Islam, reciting a verse from the Qur'an in this month is like the end of the Qur'an. According to Ali ibn Abi Talib, fasting is a form of worship, its silence is glorification, its prayers are accepted and its action is doubled. According to a narration from Imam Reza (AS): Read the whole Quran.
n this month, man is invited to the feast of God and is among the beneficiaries of God's dignity and is accepted by accepting his prayers. In the holy month of Ramadan, the sins of the servants are forgiven and their repentance is accepted, as the Prophet Akram (PBUH) said: The prayer of the fasting person will not be rejected.
God, the Blessed and Exalted, has made the holy month of Ramadan the month of self-improvement and self-purification, so that in this month, we may dry up the pasture of Satan and free ourselves from the dark provocations of Satan in our souls, Let's walk Also in this month, all the conditions are provided and all obstacles are removed so that the believers and Muslims can take care of themselves and reform themselves so that they can return to the continuation of social and individual life with a pure mind.
