Female unique economic manager at home

The family, as a small unit of society, plays a key role in the cultural development of society and even plays a key role in the economic development of society to the extent that the amount, manner and type of female presence in the performance and economic cycles of the country is effective.
Undisputed women play a key role in this economic organization and management, and with their proper management, a balance between production and consumption is provided, and with proper planning and implementation, the growth and development of the family economy is achieved.
Women in society as two consuming elements on the one hand and cultural in terms of raising children in the family can work in this field; But what plans are needed in this direction and what steps have we taken?
Women, even if they are housewives and have no economic income, play an important role in the economic management of the family, because it is women who manage the consumption pattern in the family and know the problems and needs of the family.
In the current situation, which on the one hand we are witnessing special economic conditions and on the other hand the spread of Corona virus and its effects on the body of income, it is necessary to re-manifest the culture of savings, financial discipline, saving and reforming consumption patterns in families; A subject that can only be institutionalized within families by women and taught to future generations, and even in the form of household chores, return income to the family.
It is clear that the role of women as the flagship of the economy is conceivable, and if a sense of duty to protect the country's capital is created in women, this will automatically be a factor in creating a suitable consumption pattern for future generations.
By empowering women in society, a consumer-oriented society, both in the form of branded and foreign products, can be moved towards productivity and production-oriented.
Indeed, the consumerist society has no role in production and will lead the economy to ruin, but if we can see the role of human resources active in society in the productive fields in parallel with the correct and optimal consumption, society will move towards economic development. Considering the fact that half of the population of the society is made up of women in terms of gender, we will realize more and more the importance of women playing a role in the economic and productive system of the country.
Families are usually subordinate to women in the consumption style, and experience has shown that women are much more effective in the household economy than men as role models in the consumption style.
Perhaps the question for many women in managing the family finances is how they can direct the income that their husband brings home to the consumption of a variety of goods and services despite the perceptible price fluctuations these days? The art of economics is how to identify and allocate the limited resources available to meet the limited needs of the family.
The growth and development of the country in the form of family culture is made possible by its main educational element, the mother. Consumption should be done in a correct and balanced framework. By avoiding extravagance, women can avoid wasting facilities, supplies, food, and clothing, and lead society toward proper consumption.
